American Football is a game of strength. Strength of mind.
The brutality is thought. The aggressivity is controlled. 
The muscles. The helmet. The furious look. 
Are disguises to what really is: a game of chess at open field. The soul of the game is the mind. It can look brutal on the essence. But it's brainy by nature. 
To promote the NFL 100 at ESPN we showed the other side of the game. The strategy, the tactics and the different approaches of football by the rivals. 
We transfromed each weekend prime-time game of the 100th season into episodes of a series. Meet the Chess on the Grass.
